In contrast to many record collection vendors, RSI applies much more than a clerical approach to collecting records. We persistently investigate and manage the record collection process with each record provider. This starts with methodical research, thorough communication with record custodians, and continues with comprehensive follow-through and analysis to ensure the location has produced a complete set of records.
