
Your database design, the process of deciding what information will be captured, is one of the central aspects of setting up information management systems for a case. Our certified professionals will consult with your team to determine what information must be captured to take your case from the discovery phase all the way to trial.
RSI will assist your team in determining how to create the most effective database for your particular circumstances. We will build a flexible "foundation" database consisting of objective and subjective information from your documents. This foundation database will be designed with both present and future needs in mind, as litigation parameters can and do change during the course of a case. The database design will include consideration for the type of information being added, including images, depositions, photos, videos and other types of files.
