A Brief History

RSI (Reproduction Systems, Inc.) made a modest debut in 1969, when Robert “Bob” Cash began his mobile document photocopying service in Kansas City, Missouri. He distinguished his fledgling business by his superior customer service—trucking his copy machine to his clients’ offices for their convenience.

In the course of RSI’s steady growth the company began collecting medical records for mass tort cases as it continually expanded its range of services and its footprint nationally over succeeding years. RSI played a key role in developing and shaping the litigation support industry and has earned success and acclaim for going the extra mile—literally—to ensure that its clients receive excellent value.
